H2oAlliance - Who We Are

The H2oAlliance is a large multi-stakeholder global network of water and new-technology experts. We participate in local working groups and governance bodies, use our guidelines to create and support water projects and contribute to PPP projects in both formally and informally.

H2oAlliance governance bodies consist of:

Board of Directors: to maintain ultimate fiduciary, financial and legal responsibility for H2oAlliance, including organizational strategy and final authority on H2oAlliance development. We take strategic and policy advice from our stakeholder council, and technical advice from our Technical Advisory Committee;

Stakeholder Council is a geographically diverse group of individuals who debate and deliberate key strategic issues as our formal stakeholder forum. We provide policy and strategic advice to the Board;

Technical Advisory Committee is a fast growing group of international water experts who assist in maintaining the overall quality and coherence of the H2oAlliance by providing recommendations on its broad architecture and high level technical advice and expertise to the Board of Directors and to the broader H2oAlliance network;

Organizational Stakeholders include hundreds of organizations and individuals that form the foundation of the governance structure, help maintain the integrity of the H2oAlliance Guidelines and play an integral part in the H2oAlliance network.

A Secretariat staff, based in Atlanta, GA, USA, that executes the work plans developed by the Board, including engaging and building the network and coordinating working group processes that grow and improve the H2oAlliance framework.
