H2oAlliance and Water Technology

We specialize in integrated real-time nanosensor monitoring and measuring technology using electro-chemistry, ICT solutions, IT platforms and mobile devices. We deliver solutions critical in any liquid-related process, as they are capable of detecting early any changes in water chemistry, reporting these changes instantly, eliminating adverse quality factors and mitigating risks.

Our early warming solutions can help detect and remove a variety of adverse matter, and dissolved chemicals, that could not be detected out by other liquid monitoring systems or technologies.

An automated early detection and warning system system minimizes a human error, and reduces workload for the operator, and enhances performance in detecting, and removing the adverse materials in timely manner, with considerable cost savings.

Water-Efficiency Management System, WEMS

  • It is the only real-time single nano-sensor liquid and water measuring, monitoring, and early warning system in the world;
  • Replaces existing water contamination detection systems that were designed only to look for specific inorganic contaminants such as thiosalts cyanide etc;
  • Provides analyses (24/7 on-line reports), which have been lacking from the traditional liquid monitoring technologies;
  • Detects many ions, reagents, impurities and inconsistencies, and reports these changes in real-time;
  • Adjusts the liquid process on a large scale in liquid flows such as water and slurries;
  • Allows the operator to set the required definition of purity and then monitor the water continuously for deviations from that defined purity;
  • Portable and wireless - can be operated from a mobile phone even in the most isolated areas in the world;
  • Based on high-tech quality software and a time-tested measurement unit;
  • Maintains good and consistent water quality;
  • Patented technology, which facilitates effective production process control; it is a measuring, monitoring and early warning system;
  • The system gathers together the customer's knowledge, process data, and new information about the state of the process chemistry. This information is combined and then refined, using an intelligent data handling system, into a compressed and visual form to enable the necessary corrective or indeed preventive actions to be taken;
  • The technology provides operators with effortless and real-time control of the entire production or monitoring process and contributes to the smooth implementation of planned process changes. Changes and events disturbing production are detected early, so that corrective action can be taken before the disturbance leads to economic loss. A stable process improves and maximizes productivity;
Benefits
  • Maximizes the quality of the end product (water or slurry);
  • Saves water, energy, raw materials and chemicals in the production line;
  • Increases productivity and profitability;
  • Detects many organic, and non-organic contamination as low as a few parts per million;
  • Sensors any changes in water quality as soon as they occur, and reports them instantly;
  • Reduces common, and expensive laboratory testing methods such as Spectrophotometer and Chromatography;
  • Includes standard liquid measurement methods such as pH, conductivity, and redox;
  • Easy to implement, and execute;
  • Low investment, and low cost to operate;
  • Delivers customization;
  • Time-tested in many industries - over a decade of commercial operation in Europe, and in the Americas.
