From Oil Drilling Waste Treatment to Reuse Material
Partnership Project 2010-2013

The application of oil base drill cuttings after treatment has always been a challenge to the industry. Waste management solutions are heavily dependent on regulation. Today the operators provide a range products and services ranging from centrifuges to thermal plants for the treatment of drill cuttings. The type of solution required by the customers must allow them to safely dispose the drill cuttings either offshore or onshore.

Our new oil drilling waste treatment system is simple and effective. It is the first one which is able to produce harmless and clean end product out of drill cuttings by transfiguring the hazardous material into the reuse material. The process is eco-efficient and can be taken in use also on remote areas because of the mobile unit system on production plant. Because of that it is also possible to save on logistical costs and reduce CO2 emissions. We have patented this technology in the EU, Norway, Russia, Canada and USA.

This new Oil Drilling Waste Treatment Solution will be launched in March 2010.
